Peet Limited’s newest development at the former military and police academy grounds at Fort Largs provided us with the challenge of establishing a fresh brand in a market full of already beloved and respected locations.
We concluded that Fort Largs is not Glenelg, Semaphore or Henley Beach, but nor does it need to be. Rather, Fort Largs represents a calmer, relaxed way of beachside living; aspirational by design, yet grounded by nature.
